Are you a Senior Neighbourhood Officer looking for work in Slough?

Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Slough, is looking to recruit a Senior Neighbourhood Officer to provide support throughout a busy period.

This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.

As a Senior Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our neighborhoods are well-maintained, safe, and that residents receive high-quality tenancy management services.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the ability to:

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of estates, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-presented.

Conduct regular estate inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.

Liaise with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of repairs and improvements.

Develop and implement estate improvement plans to enhance community living standards.

Manage a portfolio of tenancies, providing support and guidance to tenants to ensure successful tenancies.

Address tenant concerns and disputes, providing solutions and mediation where necessary.

Conduct regular tenancy reviews and home visits to ensure compliance with tenancy agreements.

Assist tenants with accessing support services and resources to enhance their living conditions.
