THE ROLE
We are looking for an Senior National Account Manager to lead OPI Professional business in professional stores and salons channel, directly reporting into the Associate Director ISO.
You will be the voice of OPI in this critical channel and build a strong relationship with the customers across all relevant departments within the customer business. You will be a beauty and commercial expert who will design the professional channel strategy, implement it from vision to execution, and have strong negotiation and selling skills to win in this channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Over deliver Gross Sales and Net Revenue ambition for OPI Professional Business.
Build market share by driving sellout higher than category in Professional Stores and by gaining new Salons in DSO.
Lead perfect store by implementing best in class in store execution in professional stores (availability, temporary and permanent visibility, share of shelf, merchandising, CARS) & drive permanent visibility in salon channel.
Plan, develop, agree and implement annual Joint Business plan with professional channel customers with key focus on improving ROI. Monitor, progress and review business plans with the customer and with the OPI Director activating contingency plans when needed.
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Represents professional channel in new key initiatives forecast meetings.
Agree listings for all new products & brands, any additional distribution/space and negotiate cost price changes with the customer as appropriate.
Analyse competitive insights and practices and recommends suitable actions
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
NAM or SNAM experience within professional beauty channel.
Proficiency in budget planning and P&L management.
Organises their own work and that of others, taking responsibility for the quality of all deliverables.
Strong team player and collaborates easily with others, seen as a role model and creates a positive environment while remaining focused on priorities and tackling obstacles, keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Communicates effectively and delivers impactful presentations.
Communication & influencing will be second nature.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage cross functional relationships.
