We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer to join our ambitious team in the Marketing department. This role will devise and oversee campaigns for the Library's Business & IP Centre (BIPC) to promote free and low-cost support to anyone with a business idea, helping diverse and disadvantaged entrepreneurs to join a thriving business community.

With your extensive experience of managing internal and external stakeholders, you'll work closely with our Business Audiences team and regional partners to support the expansion and delivery of business services in public libraries, as well as marketing our core programme of events and resources in St Pancras and online. From using audience insight to develop data-led campaign strategies on a local and national scale to feeding into proposals to secure funding, you'll be essential to the BIPC's success.

As part of your remit you'll oversee use of the brand across the Network, successfully onboarding partners and providing them with the guidance and assets they need to promote services locally, while ensuring the British Library maintains high levels of awareness. You will additionally lead the content strategy for the BIPC's digital channels and the development of campaign creatives, while also getting stuck in with your team on photo shoots, filming and supporting launch events in centres from Devon to Glasgow.

You will be an excellent communicator who recognises the value of collaboration, working well with colleagues at all levels. Organisation will come naturally to you and you'll be adept at juggling multiple projects, keeping them on track. You'll also be comfortable taking the initiative and motivating yourself and your team to do your most creative and innovative work.
