“Find your role”
The Senior Manager of Digital Propositions is responsible for planning and executing monetisation initiatives and strategy that will ensure maximising revenue KPIs within LS Eleven. Utilising data and technology this role will work across teams internally and with technology partners to generate demand from advertisers, both supplier brands and non-endemic brands, on & offsite.
Your role
Drive best in class digital media propositions that will ultimately growing revenues for LS Eleven and Asda.
Developing our digital (on & offsite) and Partners-for-Growth propositions. You’ll be responsible for what we sell, how much we sell it for and how we execute & measure it.
You’ll review our current proposition, and benchmark it against the leading RMNs globally – identifying gaps in our inventory and opportunities to leapfrog our competitors.
Where we need to invest in technology and/or processes, you’ll build the business case and lead the discussions at relevant Asda forums to secure necessary investments
You’ll manage the pricing of our propositions, balancing competitiveness with profit and ensuring that advertisers are hitting their objectives with a strong ROAS.
You’ll work closely with the Media analytics team, to ensure that a measurement framework is in place for the propositions you manage.
You’ll own the process between Marketing, Commercial, SMG (our sales partners), Partners and Suppliers ensuring lead times are balanced between Asda capacity and Manufacturers’ desires.
You’ll select and manage execution partners to ensure value for money, overall compliance and speed of execution.
You’ll be the lead point of contact for Asda-wide events, ensuring that Retail Media is considered as part of the design and not an afterthought.
For Retail Media-led events, your team will create relevant, and differentiated propositions to drive investment and create excitement for customers, leveraging our different media vehicles.
Ultimately, you’ll have a joint accountability for delivering the digital media revenue targets
You’ll lead a small team internally, and partner with SMG, Category Execution, Customer and external agencies (e.g. Criteo/ ClearChannel) to deliver our propositions
You’ll be seen as an expert by our clients, speaking at events and writing in trade press.

Relevant experience in an digital role/ understanding of the media industry
You'll have a range of communication and influencing styles that you can deploy with your stakeholders and senior members of Asda's/ LS Eleven Leadership Team to drive performance and delivery to plans and commitments.
You will comfortably challenge, confront, and solve difficult situations whilst maintaining solid internal and external connections.
Be able to bring credibility and integrity to your business area through your commercial awareness and mindset of doing the right thing for our business, colleagues and customers.
