My client is recruiting a Snr. Leisure Sales Manager to join their international luxury hotel group. We are looking for a proactive, motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in the leisure segment. As Sales Manager you will be driving revenue and building client relationships.

Identify potential new business and clients by researching the market
Create and implement a successful sales strategy
Seek out opportunities to maximize profit
Hit sales targets whilst acting as an ambassador for the brand
Build relationships with travel companies
Analyze market trends
Build strong working relationships with partners around Europe and Middle East
Work closely with all departments
The successful candidate will have
Min. 3 years previous experience in sales management within the hotel industry
High level of customer service acumen
Strong sales drive and negotiating skills
A dynamic and motivated individual
Experience with leading European high end Travel Agencies, TMCs and Luxury Leisure Consortia
Ideally fluent in French, Italian or Spanish
Very good knowledge of luxury- and leisure sectors
