Senior Legal Events Manager – Growing US Law Firm – 12 Month Contract
Fantastic opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Legal Events Manager to join a busy team of this thriving US law firm – to fulfil a busy and challenging 12 month contract.
This is a perfect position for someone looking to progress their background in a thriving environment and use their leadership skills in heading up the department and organise over 50 events in the Calendar year – both in London and internationally. Reporting to the Head of Events and in conjunction with the BD Manager and rest of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for all event organisation and social media.
Qualifications:
·Undergraduate degree required with previous experience in a business development or marketing team
Qualities and skills required:
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Excellent Microsoft Office skills a prerequisite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Level of proficiency with Canva desirable but not essential
·Excellent editorial and proofreading skills
·Strong attention to detail
·Previous law firm or other professional services firm experience preferred
·Confident, energetic and self-motivating
·Collaborative team player
·Ability to work under time pressure and juggle multiple tasks without dropping standards
