Responsibilities:
Overseeing a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring they progress in a timely and compliant manner.
Preparing and reviewing reports for creditors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Providing guidance to junior team members, assisting in their professional development.
Collaborating with the insolvency practitioner and wider team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Engaging in regular training and staying updated on industry changes and best practices.
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a senior insolvency administrative role or similar.
Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with insolvency-specific software and standard office applications.
