Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring they progress in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Preparing and reviewing reports for creditors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance to junior team members, assisting in their professional development.
  • Collaborating with the insolvency practitioner and wider team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Engaging in regular training and staying updated on industry changes and best practices.
  • Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a senior insolvency administrative role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with insolvency-specific software and standard office applications.
