Job Role: Senior Hire Controller 
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shifts
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

My client, a prominent Tool, Plant, and Powered Access hire company with nationwide operations, is seeking a dedicated Senior Hire Controller to join their dynamic team.

The Role of Senior Hire Controller Includes:

• Handling Enquiries: Responding to hire enquiries through telephone, email, and our online ordering system.
• Machine Availability: Checking the availability of machines and ensuring their status is accurately updated in our systems.
• Coordination: Collaborating with the engineering and transport teams to ensure the correct machines are prepared and delivered to customer sites in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Serving as a friendly and helpful point of contact for depot enquiries, ensuring excellent communication with colleagues and clients.

Ideal Candidate for Senior Hire Controller :

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Plant, Powered Access, Tool, or Material Handling industries.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
