About the role

Responsible for supporting the Helpline Team Leader in all daily tasks, acting as team leader out of hours and as and when required. Supporting the Team Leader to ensure that all department KPSs are met each month.

What you will be doing

•Assist the Team Leader with day to day implementation of team objectives
•Provide support with queries handled by team members who need support/guidance
•Problem solving equipment queries using NHS approved algorithm.
•Processing Home Oxygen Order Forms through NHS approved Desk Based Risk Assessment.
