Fintech-Rec is a recruitment agency representing top brands in the FinTech, FX, and Payments industries.
Our client is a global business that helps Corporate and Private Clients with their FX and International Payment needs, including business payment solutions (payroll & expenses etc), personal payments (property / investment), and support for global supply chains.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will have a hybrid role in business development and account management. Your main responsibility is to build a portfolio of high-value corporate clients by sourcing and engaging C-suite decision-makers of medium & large businesses across various sectors.
As you develop your portfolio, you will move towards a blend of account management and business development - This is a unique opportunity to grow your own business within the business, with unlimited earning potential through uncapped and residual commissions. You will receive support from mentors and have access to the company's technology, resources and approach.
Requirements
Your responsibilities include:

researching and qualifying potential clients,

engaging and consulting with C-level executives,

learning clients' businesses, identifying their pains and educating them on solutions,

building and presenting valuable risk management solutions to clients,

developing trusted relationships with existing clients and eventually dealing independently for your portfolio on the largest traded market in the world.

You must have at least 18 months / two years of experience in a relevant FX/Broking environment.

The salary for this role is up to £50k Base Salary (DOE) plus commission (Y1 OTE £70k - £80k)
