This firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution Team in Glasgow. This role will focus on construction litigation and will involve handling standard form and contractual disputes in the Courts, Adjudications and in Arbitration. Some of your duties will include:
Acting on behalf of clients in the resolution of contentious issues, including conducting hearings, adjudication referrals, cases in the Sheriff Court, Court of Session, and through alternative dispute resolution methods.
Taking statements, attending consultations, drafting pleadings, instructing expert witnesses
Actively participating in business development opportunities
Working collaboratively and flexibly with other team members
