Senior Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation – Edinburgh

We have been instructed on a senior Litigation role with our client, a full-service and award-winning Law Firm. The firm currently has an opportunity for an Associate to join its Commercial Litigation Team in Edinburgh.

The successful candidate will become part of a busy team and will handle complex litigation matters, acting for a variety of corporate and commercial clients, public bodies and local authorities. Key tasks will include:

General commercial litigation including corporate disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes.

Contentious trust and executry cases.

Competition litigation, Tax litigation and Group litigation

Licensing board work

Insolvency work

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE with a strong background in litigation. Interested applicants should have the ability to handle a busy caseload and work well as part of a team.
