About the Role

As a member of the School of Medicine's senior leadership team, the Senior Director, Health Partnerships is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for the establishment and development of health partnerships and overall policy governance for the newly established School.

This important role will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate strategies that foster positive partner engagement and collaboration, enable medical education training and delivery across distributed sites, and oversight to support medical school accreditation cycles. They will advise the School’s senior leadership on barriers and issues and develop solutions through initiating new partnerships or building on existing relationships, agreements, and contracts.

The ideal candidate for this role is a person with well-developed relationship building skills and a specialized expertise in contract and policy development, specifically in the healthcare sector. In addition to being an experienced leader with a proven track record of strategic business acumen that achieves results, the candidate will thrive in a complex multi-divisional work environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related discipline with seven years of relevant senior management experience in the healthcare sector, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

    The pay range is the span between the minimum and maximum base salary for the position. The midpoint of the range is approximately halfway between the minimum and the maximum and represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position. In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range.
