ABOUT THE ROLE
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Client facing (Front of house) – Based at the site in Tooting
Booking / logging, property issues / defects
Carrying out Quality Inspections / Snagging
Carrying out Home Demo’s
Managing a 2 year post sale handover period
Defect resolution
REQUIREMENTS
The desired candidate will ideally have at least 5 years experience within a Customer Care capacity.
They will also ideally have ‘hands on’ experience of the following:
Home Demo’s
Quality Inspections
Snagging
Booking / logging defects
Managing a 2 year post sale handover period
Defect resolution

Base salary of between £40,000 – £45,000
