The Opportunity
We're continuing to grow our Cloud and Infrastructure Services team and looking for someone to lead our DevOps efforts. This is a high-billing contract desk, with full autonomy over London and the home counties. We've got a ton of clients across industries ready to work with, so there's big potential for you to own and grow this space.
In 2023, this team’s overall revenue surpassed £5 million, with individual contributions ranging from £300k to £1.2 million. It’s one of our top-performing and most profitable divisions, and we’re aiming even higher for 2024 and beyond.
Requirements
How do you know you are right for this job?
- Strong experience managing a contract 360 recruitment cycle with demonstrable results
- Experience working within the contract UK Devops markets
- Familiarity with using LinkedIn to headhunt senior candidates
- Experience navigating job boards
- Commercially aware
- Proven background with developing new clients
- Consistent billings within an agency environment
- You are ambitious, driven, resilient with a strong altruistic nature
