You will deliver first-class training in person and virtually both on a 121 and group basis.
Successfully onboard new Partners and advisers, to ensure they have a fast start.
Research, design and build material in line with business need and target audience.
Coach Partners and advisers on how best to use our systems for maximizing productivity, value, timescales, workflows, and resource.
To develop and maintain meaningful high contact relationships and networks which have impact and influence within Academy, Growth and Development, Partnership, and across the wider SJP business.

This role requires the jobholder to have the following knowledge, skills and experience (or to be able to demonstrate comparable knowledge or capability):
Strong knowledge of the Financial Services sector and current FCA regulations.
Training, coaching and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Partner business structures, operations and the SJP Field structure.
Strong knowledge of a variety of business tools and software applications.
Up-to-date and ongoing development of personal skills and knowledge.
