The opportunity
Mace Interiors team are looking for a to join the successful business. We are looking for somebody that can show they have a successful history of winning work as well as delivering on site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Have held a similar level role and have extensive experience in a Construction Fit-Out environment for a main contractor.Supporting the preconstruction and construction teams in all aspects of construction delivery associated with your allocated package or area.
Managing of the subcontractors.
Managing and leading the health and safety standard.
Liaising with the Mace design management team to resolve build ability issues.
Delivering the work packages in line with programme constraints, quality standards and budgets.
Managing of client inspections and sign offs of work elements.
Achieving all business unit and Mace KPI's.
Chairing regular safety, production and quality meetings.
Maintaining high quality records.
About you
You have a degree qualification or construction related diploma/relevant trade background qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
