Senior Club Host - Rocket Padel (BPS)
Location : 1 Circus Road East, London, Battersea Power Station, SW11 8DQ - (Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work).
Salary : £27, - £30, with Bonus available
Full-Time Position : 40 hours per week
Typical Workdays : 5 days a week, with flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Shift Structure : 8-hour shifts, with flexibility to accommodate peak hours, special events and business demands.

We have established and operated more than courts in Scandinavia, and in we successfully opened our first venue in Bristol. We are now continuing our expansion by opening London’s largest indoor Padel venue.

Rocket Padel Battersea will host 4 premium indoor courts, café, lounge, shop and high-end changing facilities. Rocket Padel has exciting expansion plans and we’re already seeking further opportunities with sites across the UK.
Your Mission at Rocket Padel
As a Senior Club Host, you will be the face of our club, ensuring that every member and guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will manage daily operations, coordinate events, and maintain a high standard of customer service. This role requires a proactive, organized, and engaging individual who can create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Member and Guest Experience:Greet members and guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome.Address inquiries and assist with bookings, memberships, and general club information.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by anticipating and responding to member and guest needs.
Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate club events, tournaments, and social activities.Work with the Club Manager & Events Host to promote and increase participation.
Facility Management:Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the club, including courts, lounge, and locker rooms.Ensure facilities are in excellent condition at all times to ensure greatest guest experience.
Food and Beverage Service:Play a key role in the operation of the club’s bar and lounge, ensuring high standards of service.Responsible for preparation and delivery of fresh, quick-preparation food options.
Health and Safety:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe environment for members and staff.
Host Responsibilities:Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring they feel welcome, valued and attended to.
Manage court bookings, equipment rentals, and assist with customer inquiries.
Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Organize and assist in member-exclusive events and activities to foster community engagement.
Play a key role in the operation of the club’s bar and lounge, ensuring high standards of service.
Collaborate with the club manager to promote club events and activities.
Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality, sports, or leisure industry.
Friendly, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with members, guests, and team members.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of padel or a keen interest in learning about the sport.
Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certification highly desirable).
First Aid certification (desirable).
