Artemis Talent have partnered with a leading provider of financial services Portfolio & Performance software whose platform is supplied directly into the buy-side space with a focus on Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. They have a client list to boast of and are rapidly growing their client list all the time hence why they are looking to add an experienced Client Services team lead with a background of ideally Performance/PMS/Risk platforms.

Your role will be:
Providing point-of-contact client support to both buy-side and sell-side accounts
Capturing and handling client inquiries received via phone and email
Investigation of client issues related to the use of the PMS & Risk products and business services
Technical troubleshooting related to client connectivity, data quality and order entry and execution
Performing Tier 1 Incident Management – analysis, escalation and resolution
Monitoring production environments to assist with identification of service and system issues
Executing Service Requests related to custom client configurations and workflows
Assisting with new software release testing and deployment
Working directly with Software Developers, QA, Product Managers and others on client issues
Who we are looking for:
Understanding of the financial markets, trading, and trading technology
Strong client support skills and proven client facing experience
Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple incidents across multiple clients at any given time and produce results to tight deadlines
Must have technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
