What we are looking for:
We are looking for experienced, nurturing and dedicated individuals, who can provide an outstanding level of childcare and allow our young people to achieve amazing outcomes.
Moorlands Cottage is a two-bed service proving immediate intervention and trauma-informed, therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities.

A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
A level 3 (or above) diploma in residential childcare (or at least 50% complete)
A Full driving licence issued in the UK
A keen interest in outdoor and adventure activities
Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Full Enhanced Disclosure, right to work and reference checks in line with government regulations and Safer Recruitment Practices (the company will cover the costs).
