As a Senior Category Manager join this fast-paced food manufacturing business with industry leading products across Retail & Foodservice customers.

A great opportunity has opened up for a Senior Category Manager working with a leading Brand in retail, as well as offering an exciting and innovative product range in OOH and foodservice sectors.

The role will sit within the commercial function of this business to maximise the current opportunities within this competitive but leading-edge category, as well as identifying the scope for growth and development. You will be the guiding voice of the customer within your internal team and work closely with NPD, Supply Chain, and Marketing.

What makes this role different is the stage of evolution that the business is at, the huge opportunity that exists with new products to market and with two direct reports the team culture and close working relationships this business has created. You will be at the leading edge of new trends both in retail and foodservice and you will be joining at a very significant time within the company’s trajectory.

As an experienced Category Manager, you will

Be experienced in joint category business planning

Be experienced within branded food or drink manufacturing

Be able to demonstrate experience of managing the needs of the brand, the retailer, and the internal commercial strategy

Have passion for creating the story and bringing others on that journey

Working in a fast-moving and growing business you will need the ability to work at pace, you will be adaptable in your work style and have the open mindedness to support colleagues and pull together to achieve success.
