The Role
Liaison between the office and our team of Care Professionals
Participate in on call duties
Participate in emergency cover as required
Provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients live independently in their own home
Coordinating staff/Care Professional meetings
Conduct client and Care Professional introductions
Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software
Support with Client Quality Assurances
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care
Support and mentor Care Professionals
Provide support to the Management team
Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery
Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business
Support and train new Care Professionals
Engagement with community/marketing initiatives
Qualifications
All we ask from you is:
A friendly and approachable manner with a desire to help others
Committed and reliable; our clients will depend on you
Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent or willing to work towards qualfication
Flexibility in your weekly schedule including weekends
Full valid driving licence and access to your own car is required
Training and on-going support will be provided.
