Senior Night Care Assistant. Recently rated ‘Good’ by CQC in all areas, and having won a number of awards, our staff have been praised for the quality of care and for supporting residents to have maximum choice and control over their own lives.If you want to work somewhere with a fantastic atmosphere and which will support your professional development, come and meet our dedicated Home Manager Amanda, who has worked at St Helens Hall since 2008 after starting as a Care Assistant herself.As a Senior Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:Undertaking any necessary trainingSupporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activitiesProviding emotional support and companionshipSupporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilitiesMaintaining high standards within the care home environmentSenior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve: staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing etc.Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.
