This stunning 73bedded luxury homeopened its doors in January 2020 and offers its residentsstateoftheart facilities unrivalled in the area to include a coffeeshop / bistro hair & nail salon separate dining and loungeareas activities room and landscaped gardens whilst at the sametime providing exceptional standards of care supported by the verylatest care planning and nursecalltechnology.
We are recruiting a wide range ofskill sets to enhance the care we give to our residents and as aforwardthinking team with so many exciting things coming ahead theideal candidate will be enthusiastic to be part of this ongoingjourney.
As aSenior Care Assistant at our home your role mayinvolve:
- Undertaking anynecessary training
- Supporting our residents withpersonal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with dailyactivities
- Providing emotional support andcompanionship
- Supporting our residents to livean enriched and fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbiespreferences and abilities
- Maintaining high standards withinthe care home environment
- Seniorlevel duties to support theHome Manager which may involve: staff supervisions appraisalsrecordkeeping liaising with outside professionals interviewingetc.
- Varied shifts on the residentialfloor and the dementia floor

What arewe lookingfor
- Supervisory/leadershipexperience in a residential or nursing homesetting
- A positive outlook and warmpersonality
- Level 3 qualification in Health& Social Care or willing to worktowards
- Confident in recordkeeping andthe use of varioustechnologies
- Able to remain calm and guidecolleagues under pressure
- Flexibility to work shiftpatterns according to the needs of ourresidents
