KeyResponsibilities
RequirementGathering and Analysis:
·Collaborate with businessstakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
·Analyze and translate business needsinto technical specifications, focusing on infrastructure requirements (,servers, networks, storage, cloud services).
·Conduct feasibility studies andcost-benefit analyses to support decision-making processes.
ProjectManagement and Coordination:
·Assist in planning and managing ITinfrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, andwithin budget.
·Coordinate with IT teams, vendors,and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
·Prepare project documentation,including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
ProcessImprovement:
·Identify opportunities for improvingbusiness processes through the effective use of IT infrastructure.
·Develop and recommend solutions toenhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
·Work with business units toimplement and monitor process improvements.
TechnicalSupport and Troubleshooting:
·Provide technical support andexpertise in resolving complex infrastructure-related issues.
·Liaise with IT teams to ensureissues are addressed promptly and effectively.
·Develop and maintain comprehensivedocumentation of systems, processes, and solutions.
StakeholderCommunication:
·Serve as the primary point ofcontact between business units and the IT infrastructure team.
·Facilitate clear and effectivecommunication to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
·Conduct regular meetings withstakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
StrategicPlanning:
·Participate in strategic planningsessions to align IT infrastructure initiatives with business objectives.
·Contribute to the development oflong-term IT infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
·Stay updated with the latestindustry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
–Analysisand creation of traceable requirements across programme deliverables. In doingso proactively and independently, gather requirements and approach the Techowners in the business to request and collate the required data.
–Engagerelevant stakeholders to secure additional data as required to enableprogrammatic metrics to be presented to evidence progress and where appropriatecyber risk reduction.
–Analyseraw, unstructured data and produce written documentation to show workflows,processes, user journeys etc.
–Presentdata and analysis for the business in multiple, professional formats includingdashboards.
–Manageescalations or guidance on extremely complex issues.
–Ensuretimely delivery of assigned tasks to ensure the programme delivers against its’commitments to key internal and external stakeholder groups.
–Havedemonstrable experience of working on projects relating to IT Security andCyber disciplines.
–Supportingthe analysis and Tech BA deliverables for one or more projects in theprogramme.
–Lead thetechnical analysis effort seeking to understand the business problems within atechnically complex landscape.
–Evaluatethe business needs and support the building of business case from technicalperspective.
–Identifynecessary stakeholders liaising with architects and various technical teams.
–Workindependently with self-initiative to deliver the analysis tasks proactively.
–Be dynamicand adaptable individuals comfortable in providing analytical, research advice,recommendations and using your own judgement.
–Demonstrateproblem-solving skills, someone whoendeavours to move blockers out of the way or present options on how to achievethis.
–Displayexcellent communications includingwritten and verbal skills across all levels of the business.
–Have ademonstrable track record of delivering tangible results in a timely manner.
