Your new role
As our new Senior Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals.
You will also apply your commercial and technical expertise to offer valuable support for account management and regional commercial activities. Your contributions will foster efficient team collaborations across the wind division.

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will be involved in a variety of local and global wind projects and handle a wide range of tasks, including:
Your new team
You will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll’s global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate, guide and support cross-functional teams, establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.
