We are currently seeking a Senior/Associate Project Manager to join our client's London office, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the success of Data Centre projects. My client is a prominent industry leader known for their commitment to excellence within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Data Centre projects from inception to completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project management staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor and/or Masters degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Construction Management, etc.).
Proven experience managing Data Centre projects, ideally within the mission-critical facilities sector and for a Construction Consultancy/Developer.
Strong project management skills, including budget control and schedule management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership abilities and the capacity to mentor and guide project teams.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is highly competitive and will be in the range of £60,000 to £85,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package.
