SENDCo or Aspiring SENDCo

Required from January 2024 onwards.

Salary: M3-M6 with SEN allowance.

Working Hours: Part Time 0.4 FTE days to be negotiated.

In 1937, Slough Centre Nursery School was one of the first nursery schools in Slough to open, and was established to support the working families of the then new Slough Trading Estate. Still housed in its original, spacious wooden building, which was opened by Lady Astor, Slough Centre Nursery has grown to meet the needs of the everchanging local community across the last eighty-five years! It has supported multi generations of many families here at the nursery.

The school continues to develop and has been part of the TLC Nursery Federation alongside Chalvey Nursery since 2012. Through this, they have been able to share expertise and good practice, further strengthening the nursery. It is a busy nursery with 2-year olds provision, a Resource base and 3-4 year olds provision.

They are looking to recruit a qualified SENDCo or an aspiring SENDCo to join our team of experienced and dedicated staff.
