As a Trainee Teaching Assistant you will be required to train in Introduction to education, Behaviour management and Special Educational needs, free of charge for the right person who is committed to educational outcomes for children.

The schools within your area are struggling to find the right person to support their children. We will try to find work as nearby as we can, you will gain a placement to support your progression as a trainee and you will be paid.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
Experience within work or personal experiences
You can provide at least 2 references from work you have previously completed
You are committed to our CPD courses
Provide a DBS or put one into process with ourselves at your own cost.Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.

Salary
£10 to £12 per hour
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Ability to be flexible and approachable
Committed to achieving Teaching Assistant Status.
