SEND Resolutions Officer

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The SEND Resolutions Officer would be an experienced SEND Casework Officer expected to respond to Stage 1 and 2 complaints, Ombudsman investigations and other complex queries, as well as supporting our legal teams in responding to Judicial Review pre-action protocols. The role may involve some level of frontline communication with families as part of their investigations but will not be responsible for ongoing casework..
