Responsibilities:
Provide tailored assistance to students with SEN, adapting your approach to their individual learning needs.
Contribute to developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) for precise and effective support.
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and empowering learning environment.
Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Establish clear communication with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Work with the SENCO to coordinate and implement SEN strategies effectively.
Regularly assess the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
Adjust teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.
