SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Doncaster
Pay Scale: £95 - £110 per day
Contract Type: Full Time/Part time
The Role:
We are currently working in partnership with a well-resourced school in Doncaster that requires a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from September. The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who has a real passion for supporting students with special educational needs and can be innovative and engaging in their support methods.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified SEN Teaching Assistant with relevant experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Have experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a school setting within the last two years.
- Be able to support students' learning and help them achieve their academic and developmental goals as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
- Have strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with all individuals, including pupils, colleagues, and parents, as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
- Be enthusiastic and highly motivated, leading by example and encouraging students to achieve their best as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
