Willingness to lead on a curriculum area(s), and contribute to a lively and stimulating environment

To secure high quality teaching through effective use of resources and planning

To supervise, develop and manage Teaching Assistants relevant to their responsibilities

Personal Attributes:

Have knowledge about autism and learning disabilities

Have a calm and problem solving attitude

Have SEN Teacher experience

Good appreciation of health and safety in the workplace, data protection principles and equal opportunities
