We are a highly regarded specialist school seeking a full-time, permanent SEN Teaching Assistant (term-time only) to start as soon as possible. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)

Relevant teaching Assistant and/or SEN, care experience (Must be able to provide references)

Eligibility to work in the UK

GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis

Supporting learners with severe and complex needs

Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives

This role is open to receiving applications over the next week. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a three-stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
