Youwill be given all the tools to succeed Access to all job boardsDirector support company branding CRM IT Systems centraliseddatabase Terms and Conditions centralised compliance/admin supportfunding facility to payroll temps & contractstaff.Consultantswill be responsible for the whole 360 recruitment process fromsales business development candidate and clientmanagement.

Requirements

Otherduties will include:

• BusinessDevelopment & Sales bringing on new business creating ownclientbase
  
• Working toKPIs
  
• Identify prospectiveexceptional candidates using a variety ofchannels
  
• Create a candidatepersona for each openposition.
  
• Conduct confidentialinterviews and assessingcapabilities
  
• Build strong longtermclientrelationships
  
• Research and developrecruitingleads
  
• Develop a sustainablecandidate ledstrategy
  
• Full Profit &LossResponsibility.
  
• Developing andimplementing business development strategies at local level andnationallevel
  

Ideal PersonSpecification

• ExperiencedRecruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant min 2 years exp with aproven track record high billing 10K 15K per month £130Kper year as a successful Recruitment Consultant billingconsecutively eachmonth.
  
• A selfstarter withexceptional organisational skills and strong attention todetail.
  
• You will have thedrive and energy to build a desk from scratch to take it to thenext level and be resultsdriven
  
• Candidates must comefrom a sales & recruitment background in agency settingwith desire to succeed in leadingcompany.
