We are looking for a Security Manager to join us at our client site in Reading, home to a leading luxury car company, As the Security Manager you will be the primary point of contact for the Wilson James security service across the UK Customer base, where this role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include managing Wilson James staff and coordinating technical support to ensure that our customers' security needs are delivered efficiently and effectively, this will involve actively contributing to the operational and strategic development of the Security Contract in line with our customers' requirements. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of all Wilson James services, both in terms of technology and
staffing, to maintain an elevated level of security throughout all client sites.
