Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience: Previous experience teaching in secondary schools is essential.
Flexibility: As a supply teacher, you should be adaptable and willing to work across different year groups and subjects.
Strong Classroom Management: Ability to manage behaviour effectively and create a positive learning atmosphere.
Reliability: Punctuality andmitment to fulfilling assignments.
