The Roles – Secondary ECT
Secondary ECT Teacher – Permanent position (some long-term cover positions may also be available)
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Various specialisms required
MPS
Vibrant and multi-cultural schools
Plan, prepare and deliver high quality lessons
Marking and assessing pupils’ work
Secondary ECT – Person Specification
UK QTS certificate (essential)
Some schools are open to Unqualified Teachers and this would be at a lower pay scale
Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum
Strong academic background e.g. A-Levels
Approachable and passionate person
Comfortable with IT and technology
Excellent observations during PGCE or Teacher Training
