Scheme Manager - Preston

Location: PrestonRole: Sheltered Housing Scheme ManagerContract Type: Temporary (Agency)Duration: 3 to 6 monthsWorking Hours:Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day, 35 hours per weekPay Rate: £17 - £20 per hour
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sheltered housing scheme.

Ensure a high level of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Provide support and guidance to residents, enhancing their quality of life.

Maintain accurate records using Excel and other management systems.

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months relevant experience in housing or in roles involving engagement with people over the age of 55.

Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent customer service skills with apassionate approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
