We are seeking a dedicated Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager for a temporary agency role in Manchester. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our housing scheme, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our residents over the age of 55.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the sheltered housing scheme.
Provide excellent customer service and support to residents.
Carry out administrative tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel. Requirements:At least 12 months of relevant experience in housing or working with individuals over the age of 55.
Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
