SF Functional Lead / SA Salesforce LeadDeveloper Responsibilities
• Design and buildof both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platform
• Lead a team of Salesforce Developersensuring best practises are adhered to providing mentorship andcode review feedback as required
• Dailymanagement of a development team
• Building(handson coding) of more complex areas of the requirements
• Work with Solution/Technical Architects toauthor Technical Design Documents ensuring adherence to designpatterns
• Scoping sizing and estimating ofwork once the technical designs are agreed
•Define/Refine the development workflow for the development team
• Act as the single point of contact fordevelopment team triaging and prioritizing issues asrequired
• Review Solution Design Documents andprovide feedback as required with a strong focus on reducingtechnical complexity
Required Skills &Experience
• 7 years in Salesforce Development
• 2 years acting as a Salesforce TechLead
• Strong experience with SalesforceExperience Cloud
• Strong understanding ofSalesforce EcoSystem Expertise providing and implementing technicalsolutions
• Excellent technical documentationskills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in working in both agile andwaterfall methodologies Desired Skills
•Experience of TestDriven Development
•Experience of development outside the Salesforce platform i.e.React/Angular/Java projects
• Experience ofworking with unlocked packages
• FinancialServices industry experience preferably within mortgages
• Experience implementing Experience Cloudsolutions at enterprise organisations
