Are you a capital markets technology solution sales professional who would like to reap the rewards of selling a new to market technology platform for banks with NO competitors?

Our client is a well-established leading global fintech in the enterprise banking technology space with an impressive international client base. They continue to see strong growth, outclassing their competition with the launch of new solutions that are well placed to help investment banks on their digital transformation journeys. They’ve successfully launched a new first of a kind platform serving a gap in the debt capital markets space, a solution with no competitors here in Europe so have first mover advantage, gone live with their first bank, and have several more banks progressing well in their sales pipeline. The head of sales has led the sales effort so far, but is looking for a salesperson to ‘hand the reigns onto for their go-to-market push’. So this is their first dedicated solution salesperson for this product, to pick up the product and have sales ownership for it, building on their success so far.

Appropriate applicants will have:

– Strong investment banking technology sales experience and track record. Although not a pre-requisite, experience selling to debt capital markets / credit / lending divisions of banks would be particularly interesting.

– It’s important you know how to navigate the complex stakeholder and procurement processes of banks for enterprise technologies.

– An articulate, consultative, and confident sales approach.

– Have the personal motivation and ability to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture, where your contribution will be recognised and rewarded.

Location: United Kingdom (ideally the South East / London area, but flexible to other UK locations).

Remuneration: Appropriate high base salary, plus commission structure to reward sales performers.
