Duties:            

 

  • Minumum 5-8 years Wholesale fashion experience in Womens Fashion  cleardot.gif 
  •  Provides in depth brand and product knowledge as well as showroom operations to support manager and sales team.
  • Assists with general administration tasks, maintenance of selling tools and reports.
  • Coordinates payments, chasing deposits and invoices in timely manner  
  • Orders and replenishes reorder for client and sales of stock within time period.  
  • Supervise inventory movement, stock file control.  
  • Supports sales team with after sales care 
  • Raises issues and actions solutions.  
  • Maintains database and Trade accounts registration process.  
  • Contributes to the maintenance of standards on front and back of house in line with ME standards.
  • Identifies issues with product or processes, contribute to the improvement of business operations.*
  • Exhibit pride through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the ME expectations.  
  • Always adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedure
  • Ability to work on tech side using images from lookbooks and linesheets according to demand of territory is essential. 

  Experience, Skills & Knowledge  

  • Highly organized, excellent time management, and follow up through skills.
  • Keen interest in ladies fashion industry  
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Pro-active and solution driven.
  • Customer service mindset  
  • Fast learner, flexible and adaptable  
  • Team player
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Balanced and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work with Excel and figures is a priority for budget management 
  • Technical ability with Powerpoint, Canva, Photoshop
