Job Title: Telesales Executive
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum (plus commission)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Walsall
Due to continued growth and exciting expansion plans, our client are looking to recruit a telesales executive to join their team and help drive growth within the business.
Our client are specialists in the Powered Access Industry and as the telesales executive you will be speaking with both their current customers to up sell and cross sell while also targeting new business.
The company offer hire, maintenance and training so you will have three avenues work on to develop your pipeline.

- Responsible for looking after and growing an existing database of clients
- Bringing on new business and creating leads
- Evaluate client’s requirements and assess how best to meet their needs via up selling and cross selling
- General administration

- Brilliant on the phone
- Telesales or sales experience
- Self-motivated and driven
- Able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to make fast and effective decisions
