Elevation Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join one our clients vibrant sales team! Based in Sheffield, this global company who specialises in manufactured components are looking for a driven and hungry sales executive to join their navel & marine sector and play a crucial part in promoting and increasing sales within the existing customer base while also seeking out new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow existing accounts, prepare and submit quotations, and follow up on opportunities with customers
Generate new leads, nurture contacts, and convert them into new customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to departmental objectives
Provide market feedback to assist in future decision-making
Seek and convert opportunities into sales of added-value products, such as machined components
Maintain and update the CRM system to review customer trends and opportunities
Occasional travel within the UK, including overnight stays, to meet customers and attend trade shows
Contribute to weekly and monthly sales forecasting
Skills and Experience:
Experience in a metal stockholding, engineering, or manufacturing environment
Proactive sales approach with a proven history in the sales environment
Enthusiastic about challenges and building excellent business connections
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive and target-driven team member
Commercial awareness with a keen desire to learn and develop
Enthusiasm, tenacity, reliability, and flexibility
Full clean driving license
Experience selling added value products such as machined components
