As a Sales Executive you will benefit from our uncapped commission structure, with the majority of the Team earning over 6 figures!

  • Starting Salary:  £50k basic for the first 4 months, plus commission starting from first week of selling

  • In return for this we are looking for someone who is:

  • Outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build rapport.
  • Experienced in direct or door to door sales.
  • Down-to-earth, our customers don’t want to hear corporate jargon and neither do we.
  • Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.
  • Responsibilities for Sales Executives will include:

  • To attend all pre booked and pre qualified New Business appointments assigned to you in your diary.
  • To complete company research prior to each appointment.
  • This is a national field sales role, so the expectation is that you will be away from home during the working week. However, all hotels are pre booked and paid for by us with an additional £25 per night food allowance.
  • Attending the office every Friday for the weekly Sales Meeting and group training.
