Sales Director Job in West London

A is now available, with a multidisciplinary studio in West London! The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of the luxury market in the UK and overseas and a proven track record or achieving and exceeding sales goals. Salary of up to £100,000 + Bonus and benefits!

The practice is a reputable interior design and architecture studio, with years of successfully delivering exquisite projects in the most affluent parts of London and worldwide. They are now looking for a Sales Director to help them diversify into new luxury markets, including the commercial, retail and hotel industries.

The successful candidate will have a sales target of £1 million in the first year of secured income.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the company founder
  • Working closely with the Finance Director on sales strategies and targets (UK and abroad)
  • Collaborating with the Client Relationship Director to successfully manage and nurture client relationships
  • Business development; developing and implementing new clients sales and growth strategies
  • Monitoring and analysing saes performance metric to ensure targets are met
  • Personally drive sales efforts to meet and exceed a sales target of £1M annually
  • Set, track and report on personal KPI’s (monthly, quarterly and annually)
  • Pipeline management; Overseeing sales pipeline from start to deal closure and tracking opportunities and sales activities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Market analysis and opportunity identification
  • Client acquisition and sales closure
  • Performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably as a Sales Director
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the interior design, architecture or real estate sectors
  • Proven track record of achieving significant sales targets
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience in managing high-value sales cycles independently
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market across the UK and overseas
  • Ability to set, monitor and achieve sales KPI’s
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to clients.
