Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Salary: Up to £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
Location: Tunstall, Staffordshire
Overview:
Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team in on a permanent basis. The role involves delivering exceptional service to customers by providing design advice, product selection assistance, and preparing accurate and timely quotes in line with customer requirements. This dynamic role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients business within a fantastic team environment.
Main Duties:
- Utilise and enhance our CRM procedures and systems
- Assist the Customer Care department in resolving customer issues
- Collaborate with the Finance department to manage customer credit according to agreed terms
- Handle general branch-based administration and reporting tasks as needed
