Sales and Operations Executive

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Executive for one of the fastest growing toy companies in the business. Our client is part of a large international group and due to their growth and success are looking for someone to support their International Team.

This role will act as a crucial link between their sales and operations teams, supporting their customers globally.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Sales order processing specifically including.

Advising on order placement and delivery planning.

Order reviews/sales order entry.

Monitoring Far East production.

Customer relationship management.

Responding to customer order requests/enquiries.

Communicating with customers on production/delivery updates.

Anticipating/resolving issues.

Communicating with colleagues internally regarding customer order requirements.

Maintaining management information about customer accounts and open orders.

ERP database updates.

Preparing open order reports.

Analysing and reporting customer sales and order fulfillment data.

Providing insight on sales data by account.
