Location : Oldbury
Salary: £10,151 + monthly incentives of up to £150 pro rata
Working hours: 16 hours per week Monday-Friday between 08:00–18:00

What You’ll Do:
• Taking inbound calls from Small Businesses and Manufacturers
• Making outbound calls to obtain sales through various leads and sources
• Qualifying the caller's requirements and deciding on the most appropriate course of action
• Dealing with customers' administrative needs wherever possible first time using the BCAS system
• Identifying and passing of complex calls to specific administrative departments or individuals
• Dealing with inbound sales enquiries from prospective members and making outbound prospect and follow up calls
• Taking ownership of all necessary actions required including payment process
